Projects require a 50% upfront payment and 50% before final delivery
Retainer clients are billed monthly in advance
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of service

5. Intellectual Property

Any original assets (designs, strategy documents, code, etc.) created by AddToCart Consulting remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, final deliverables are transferred to the client for use.
We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and expect the same in return. Both parties agree not to share or disclose sensitive business information during or after the engagement.
7. Use of Website
